We take a $50 credit card hold for incidental charges per room, which will be released within 5-7 days of your departure.
We take 100% payment for overnight stays at the time of booking. Overnight stays are refundable up to 15 days prior to your arrival minus a $100 deposit. Refunds are not available for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
Quiet hours start at 10 PM, and are firmly enforced.
If you must leave the Ranch early due to illness, you are not eligible for a refund. Please consider purchasing travelers' insurance.
